 LUMC
receives, concurrently with UMC Utrecht the second highest certificate for
automation of healthcare from the American healthcare IT organisation HIMSS.
”LUMC is happy with this stage 6 certificate” says Karel van Lambalgen, director
IT at LUMC, “Amongst other reasons we receive this certificate because we have
well integrated advanced IT systems for patient care with a high level of
functional scope.” The hospital started working with ChipSoft’s HIS/EMR in 2011.

 University
Medical Centre Utrecht has received the second highest certificate for
automation of healthcare from a United States Healthcare-IT organisation. UMC
Utrecht is the first University Medical Centre in the Netherlands to have
received this certificate. The hospital implemented the ChipSoft HIS/EMR
organisation-wide in 2011.

Westfriesgasthuis in Hoorn, that supports the healthcare processes with
ChipSoft’s software, has been acclaimed to a ‘stage 6-hospital’ on the
EMRAM-scale by HIMSS Analytic Europe (HAE). According to the HAE, the hospital
Westfriesgasthuis has been automatized on a high level, with excellent
functional applications and a complete integration of health information systems.
ChipSoft is very satisfied with the predicate of ‘stage 6’ for Westfriesgasthuis.

Lievensberg Hospital in Bergen op Zoom and the Franciscus Hospital in Roosendaal
have recently chosen for the hospital-wide software package of ChipSoft. Both
hospitals thought long and hard about this decision. “We want to intensify our
cooperation and one system fits perfectly towards that”, says Janneke van Vliet,
member of the Board of Directors in the Franciscus Hospital and Hans Ensing,
member of the Board of Directors in the Lievensberg Hospital.

trade magazine Computable has nominated ChipSoft for an award in the category of
‘Best Software Supplier of the Year’. ChipSoft is short-listed to win this award
on October 4th of this year. Computable’s panel of judges believe that
ChipSoft’s CS-Maps is a socially relevant software solution that offers both
practical and added value. The judges’ report describes the solution as “A
dashboard and worklist combined. This depicts entire departments in dynamic
floor plans and lists all outstanding actions regarding patients, rooms and beds.”

solutions based on Microsoft technology with the support of Microsoft services
for the healthcare sector in the Nordic countries. The first step of the
cooperation is to take part in the tendering process con-cerning the planned
