CS-Schedule
CS-Schedule is a practical and easy to use electronic appointment system that
provides immediate insight into all relevant data. The underlying principle is:
recording information at source, without unnecessary links. This improves
efficiency and practically excludes the chance of erroneous registration.
Immediate recording or alteration of appointments, where necessary, results in a
clear and reliable diary for everyone who has to use it.
How does CS-Schedule work?
CS-Schedule is supplied ‘bare’, as it were, and can consequently be laid out as
you wish. The lay-out of the diary is set in a so-called ‘grid’, which you can
define to meet your own requirements. Exactly those data that are relevant for
the user, are recorded here. This accurate tuning of the diary to the daily
practice saves an enormous amount of time.
CS-Schedule is equipped with a well-defined verification function: the system
automatically issues a signal in the event of cancellations, transfers and
unavailable times. Double appointments are possible, if desired, but are pointed
out to prevent confusion. Once the CS-Schedule has been laid out as required by the
user, only those input fields are shown that are important for that situation.
Thus allowing fast and efficient planning.

A tremendous benefit of CS-Schedule is the timesaving that comes about because
the diary can be configured to suit the user. This enables, for example, quick
and simple planning of combination appointments with intervals. Above all, the
end result is that the surgery can be dealt with quickly and efficiently. In
addition, referral data and procedures can be recorded. Thanks to the simple
interface everyone can browse main and subdiaries quickly and easily. When
making an appointment, CS-Schedule can search automatically for planning
possibilities; when making combination appointments, the system looks for the
most appropriate possibilities with the indication of intervals, but also offers
alternatives. If so desired, planning appointments outside the regular times in
the basic grid can be facilitated. Another convenient and timesaving feature is
that when appointments are moved (or a whole block of appointments is), data
never need be re-entered.
Most important features
The CS-Schedule search features are characterized by their user-friendliness.
Appointments can be searched for in more than one way: by patient name, patient
number, date or for example the doctor providing treatment. The creation,
printing and sending of cancellation and amendment notifications occurs
automatically, so that mistakes can hardly ever be made. And all the data
necessary for management information are automatically collected and periodically delivered in the
desired format.
